Christmas Parties

The children had a fun filled day of parties yesterday. We started our party with some dancing to festive music followed by games of musical bumps, musical spots, pass the parcel and Christmas corners. The children enjoyed their party buffet and we finished the party off with a snowball fight and some Christmas singing.

St Marys College Nursery

The children at our sister site nursery at St Marys College were a delight in their Christmas Nativity. The Park children sat beautifully to watch the performance and then went over to visit our friends at the nursery and sent a bit of time looking at and exploring the toys they have. All children adapted well to the change in their routine and walked really nicely up to the college.

Christmas Parties

Please don't forget that our nursery Christmas parties will be held on Tuesday. Parents are asked to bring in party food or prizes. Children are invited to wear their Christmas jumpers and will each receive a gift from nursery. Parties will take place over the nursery session.

School Applications

Please remember that all school applications must be submitted by January. Children born in the summer term of 2012, from April through to August may now defer their child's school place for 12 months. Please make sure your applications are submitted on time or you will be allocated a school by the borough which may not be of your choice or close to your home.
Applications can be made on line www.blackburn.gov.uk you only have until 15th January 2016.

Christmas puddings

The children have made Christmas pudding krispie cakes for their friends at Holly Mount. Three of the children took them down and delivered them to the Manager. Merry Christmas Holly Mount.
