Bakers Shop

The children have shown great interest in our bakers shop in the role play area. They have been role playing using the different ingredients such as sugar, flour and margerine. They have been sieving flour and learning new language such as mixing, beating, sieving, whisking etc. The children have developed their play independently and made links to their home experiences. They have been using playdough too to make cakes, biscuits, pies, samosas and pizza.
