What is the Local Offer?
The Blackburn with Darwen Local Offer brings together helpful and useful information for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), from birth to 25 years, and their families. The information is contained within a website, which will enable you to search for services and provision within Blackburn with Darwen and the surrounding area. It covers services within:

• Education
• Health
• Social care
• Voluntary and private sector services
• Leisure and Recreation
• Preparation for Adulthood
