Mark making in the snow

The children have used coloured water to make marks in the snow. Some used pipettes and some used paint brushes.

Afternoon snow fun

The afternoon children enjoy exploring the snow too. We had a snowy wake and shake, exploring verb's such as jumping, running, hoping etc. The children then built a snowman and had fun in the snow.

Snow Fun

Who said the snow needs to be cold, wet and miserable. Practitioners and children were making the most of the learning opportunities with all the white stuff at St Mary's @ The Park. Children looked at and followed footprints in the snow, experimented making snowballs and had a competition to design their own little snowmen. They had lots of fun.
