Kindness Week

Week commencing 01/04/2019 we will be carrying out a variety of kind acts to encourage children to be kind to each other, supporting their personal and social development. We will be focusing on different kindness acts each day such as, give everyone big smiles or draw a picture for someone you know at nursery. The children will also collectively decorate our kindness tree. Each child will be given a heart during the week and will be asked to say something kind about nursery in general or about a nursery practitioner or one of their friends. Children can then bring their heart back into nursery and hang it on our kindness tree. Please support your child in showing kindness to others and let u know if you carry out any acts of kindness yourselves at a.halstead@stmarysblackburn.ac.uk
